Using Dumbbells is a giant TIMESAVER

You have probably heard something about strength training. Many women choose not to learn about weight training or try it They think it will make them bulk up. But it is really the best way to lose weight and get a fit, healthy body. Think about it, you could keep adding more and more calisthenics or you could just increase your weight a little whenever your body has adjusted to what you are doing. So instead of spending hours exercising you can tire your muscle in 8-10 repetitions of lifting a dumbbell. Pretty quick and effective!
